First Decade Checklist

This checklist is the box version of Getting Started and how to make money. Use it at the start of a summer. If a box fights a popup, the event advisor wins the tap, then you return here. If a box fights a slider, the enrollment planner wins the drag.

Before year one ends

  • City campus, Virtue ethos, level-4 chef locked. Reroll otherwise. See opening choices.
  • Course pressure near 400. International teacher board accepted.
  • Public construction open. E-sports stall and other shops building. Shuttle bus skipped.
  • Tuition high, score lines low on tracks that can take it.
  • School activities started (four events). Scholarships still small.
  • Canteen: stove count climbing toward forty. Recipe lab and secret-recipe workshop ticking. No chef brigade yet.
  • White school icon opened at least once. Library rating conditions read.
  • Manual save before you leave. Autosave around 26 August is not a personality.

Years two and three

  • Forty stoves upgraded together. First chef wave around skill 50. One cook on research. Follow the canteen guide.
  • Public shops still getting monthly upgrades.
  • Library auto-buy running in modest lots. See the library page. Rare books ignored until professors exist.
  • One dorm bed expansion only if occupancy is tight. Gadgets skipped. See dorms.
  • Clubs still closed. Loans refused. See clubs and investment.
  • Leadership inspections refused. Venue leases refused. Bad firms refused.
  • Logistics: one body per department. No yacht wages.
  • Second teaching building planned if a bachelor gate is visible on the school upgrade icon.

Years four to six

  • School rank four in sight. Sports halls placed only with a cash cushion. Expansions started because they take three years. See the sports center.
  • Athletes: first-class, national, international only. Training on a calendar.
  • Canteen stars five or six. Public dining off if seven stars is the goal.
  • Associate professors appearing. Lecturers no longer the hiring target.
  • Researchers aged 20–35. Nobody 55–64 on academy glassware. See faculty and labs.

Years seven to ten

  • 211 / 985 blockers read from the icon, not from the ledger. Library and sports usually sit on the list.
  • Club buildings at cap. Every club placed. Pressure still lets people join.
  • 50 percent exchange conversion done on canteen and sports income.
  • Event sheet still open. A rich campus can take a late inspection; a climbing campus should not.
  • Patch notes skimmed on the Updates Hub after any client update.

If you fall behind

Do not decorate dorms to feel better. Finish the highest factory you already started. A half-done stove line beats a new gadget. A late activity panel is painful but still worth opening. A bad opening is cheaper to reroll on the title screen than to nurse for ten years.

Codes will not tick these boxes. The codes hub is honest. Official installs stay on the links page. The campus is single-player. The checklist is just a memory that does not get bored of saying Virtue, stoves, activities, icon.

When the tenth summer is quiet, you can finally buy the postcard furniture. Until then, tick from the top. That is how a cartoon lawn becomes a 985 paperwork problem instead of a bankruptcy story.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers principals ask after the first bankrupt year.

What must be done in year one of My University?

Virtue opening, public shops, stove queue, four activities, and a look at the white school icon. Skip the shuttle bus and sports halls.

When do I start sports on this checklist?

Years four to six, with a cash cushion, because expansions take three years.

Can I skip library rating if I am rich?

No. The icon treats library titles as gates. Cash cannot skip them.

What if I already missed activities?

Open the panel now. The ticks you skipped are gone, but later ranks still want prestige.
