My University hides the real campaign behind a white school icon at the top of the campus. Principals who only watch the ledger stay vocational with a luxury canteen. Read the icon every year

Open the icon after each summer. The list mixes library rating, teaching capacity, sports prestige, cash, and sometimes research or activity counts. Missing one item blocks the whole rank. That is why a rich campus can still sit still. Write the blockers down. If the next gate wants a library title you do not have, stop buying stoves for a month and finish the rating homework on the library page.

Vocational life only needs one strong teaching building. Plan a second building before the bachelor jump so you are not constructing during the exam year. Bachelor is also when sports usually become legal. If the icon is about to flip, pre-place halls only if you already have a cash cushion; empty concrete is not a rank. Library and activities are early gates

Library rating is the surprise blocker for the first few ranks. Open library management, read the rating conditions, and treat book mix, refresh, and comfort gear as a checklist. Digital library and the rare-book room come later. Rare books are a club buff more than a rank buff; farm them after you have professors to spare, as explained in faculty and labs. The clubs page is the late-game placement version of that sentence.

School activities are the other silent gate. If you never opened the panel in year one, your prestige graph looks like a flat road. Start four events immediately and collect the prestige ticks. You cannot buy those ticks back with a late shopping spree. The first-decade checklist exists so this paragraph is not a surprise in year nine.

211, 985, and the graduate climb

211 and 985 are paperwork plus muscle. Expect the icon to ask for a mix of sports medals, library titles, teaching quality, and cash that only a working canteen can print. This is the moment the building priority list stops being optional. You cannot max every hall, every lab, and every dorm gadget in the same summer.

Master’s and doctorate points want advanced labs and associate professors or better. Lecturers who carried vocational classes become dead weight. Hire internationally, keep course pressure near 400 on lower tracks and 500 on graduate tracks, and do not starve clubs while you chase graduation rate. Employment rate is a later inspector. Scholarships in a modest mix, teacher skill, and sane pressure do more than a maxed score line that empties the incoming class. If a rank wants employable graduates, fix teaching and internships before you panic-build another cafeteria star.

What the icon will not tell you

Random events can delete the prestige you just earned. A failed leadership inspection in the year you planned to click 211 is a self-inflicted delay. Use the random events sheet. Logistics vacancies can fine you during an inspection year; keep one body in each department.

Official downloads stay on the links page. The climb is single-player. Nobody else is racing your icon except the silent comparison list, and that list does not help you place a library rating. Play the icon like a quest log and the campus will look expensive for a reason.
